Tamilrockers leaks online Ranarangam movie: Ranarangam, starring Sharwanand, Kajal Aggarwal and Kalyani Priyadarshan, is the latest victim of Tamilrockers piracy website.

Tamilrockers leaked Sharwanand starrer Ranarangam Thursday. The copy of the Telugu film is now available on the piracy website for free download.

Again and again, Madras High Court has taken action against the infamous website. Given all efforts, however, it fails to stop illegal uploading of new movies to its site. The website has started uploading famous web series as well as the new Indian and Hollywood launches.

Gangster drama Ranarangam watches bootlegger Deva (Sharwanand) ascend and climb. While Kalyani Priyadarshan is the love interest of Sharwanand in the film's 80s part, Kajal Aggarwal plays the present-day lover. 

Kajal Aggrawal who played the role of the doctor said in an interview that In the movie, I play a doctor, and my character comes in the second half. That's not my film, to be honest with you. Please don't go to see this movie for three hours, hoping to see me. The story is entertaining and gripping. I agreed to be a part of Ranarangam, that's why. Sharwanand is a sweet, quiet man. I like the style of his work. I didn't have too much contact with him, because for too long I wasn't on the sets.

Sudheer Varma opens his new movie Ranarangam (BattleField) with a quote: It's just a copy of a copy. Director David Fincher's Combat Club, based on Chuck Palahniuk's novel of the same name, has made the dialogue popular. The famous quote takes on a different meaning in the sense of the existential dilemma of the protagonist. But Sudheer uses the quote as a reason for his open tendency to borrow ideas from past films. That said, it is not turning Sudheer into a postmodernist like Quentin Tarantino. He's just a Tarantino want tobe without the will to break genre boundaries.
